ANDREW
NELSEN
Service Manager
Andrew stopped by the shop 7 years ago as a dedicated bike commuter and ended up as an employee. Today he manages the day-to-day operations of the service department, serves as our lead mechanic and parts guru, handles special orders and custom builds.
Karen Glowacki
Operations & Admin Manager
Karen has over 15 years in the cycling industry. Her riding interests are primarily road and gravel, but she'll ride just about anything she thinks she'll survive. Her current obsession is garbage picking bikes, fixing them up and then donating them. Karen handles sales, inventory, purchasing, warranty claims, administrative tasks and anything else that needs doing..
NORM
RUSSELL
Mechanic
Norm has over 25 years in the saddle both commuting and road touring on bicycles. His longest ride was the 600-mile Bike Across Kansas in 2005. He stopped by Cyclical Nature Bicycles one day to buy a bike and has been working here as a mechanic ever since.

Senior Mechanic
Josh is an avid cyclist, no matter whether it is on a road, mountain, or BMX bike. He brings years of mechanic experience to the shop.
